Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curt Hennig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin Millen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Millen's choice of entrance music: Da Strike!. Curt Hennig has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Curt Hennig! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Colin Millen! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Millen slaps away a takedown attempt from Hennig, before circling back to the center of the mat. An inside leg kick from Millen misses. Millen lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Millen throws a right hand that misses
and Hennig counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hennig postures up in Millen's guard and throws a big left but Millen blocks it. Millen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Millen looking to control but Hennig is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Millen unloads with some shots from mount but Hennig bucks and avoids them well.
Millen sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Millen looking to control but Hennig is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hennig wants to control but Millen is having none of it. Millen misses with a head shot. Hennig slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Millen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hennig keeps working. Millen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Millen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Hennig wants to get back to his feet. Millen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hennig defending well though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Millen trying to control the action but Hennig is working from the bottom. Millen not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hennig slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Hennig is trying to control the position but Millen postures up. Hennig looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hennig looking to control.
Millen trying to control the position from guard on top but Hennig is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Millen looking to pass the guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Hennig fails to land the takedown. Hennig checks a leg kick. Millen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hennig has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Hennig closes this distance looking for a takedown but Millen circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Curt Hennig. That's going to take a lot out of him. Millen scores with a nice strike. Millen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hennig. Hennig doesn't succeed with the takedown and Millen counters with a low kick, right behind Hennig 's knee.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hennig keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Hennig ducks under a wild hook from Millen. Millen throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hennig counters with a takedown into side control. Hennig will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hennig wants to control but Millen is keeping him busy. Millen sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Hennig is looking to stall here but Millen recovers full guard. Hennig has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Millen working for a triangle but Hennig defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Millen wants to sweep here but Hennig controlling him for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Colin Millen will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Millen gets caught flat footed, as Hennig shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Millen is trying to control the position but Hennig postures up. Hennig chips away with some ground and pound. Hennig is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Millen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hennig trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Millen looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hennig postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hennig sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hennig slips nicely into half guard. Hennig scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Millen wants to sweep but Hennig has passed to side control! Hennig trying to control the action but Millen is working from the bottom. Millen is looking to regain half guard here but Hennig keeps moving and retains side control. Hennig moves into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hennig looking to control but Millen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Hennig with a couple of short strikes. Millen tries to lock up and control but Hennig gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hennig lands a nice shot to the head. Millen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Millen in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Millen is rocked!
It looks like Colin Millen has been cut. Millen is looking to get to half guard. Millen is still in real trouble! Can Hennig finish him? Hennig looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Millen covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
