Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Sherk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Radoslav Traboja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Radoslav Traboja has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Sherk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Radoslav Traboja! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Traboja breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Traboja shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sherk as he avoids it easily. Sherk drives through with a takedown into Traboja's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Traboja utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Sherk postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Traboja can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sherk controls the pace. Traboja has momentary wrist control but Sherk slips an elbow through the middle. Traboja really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sherk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Traboja looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sherk postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Sherk connects with a couple of short punches. Sherk stands up and waves to Traboja to follow him. Traboja fails to land the takedown. Radoslav Traboja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Traboja with a lazy takedown attempt and Sherk counters with a takedown into side control. Dave Sherk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Radoslav Traboja. Traboja looks winded! Sherk in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Traboja takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sherk working the ground and pound. Sherk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Traboja is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Sherk controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sherk is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Traboja knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Sherk working the head with strikes. Sherk controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sherk landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Sherk tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sherk has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sherk working the head and body with strikes. Sherk scores with a couple of short elbows. Sherk decides to stand back up. Sherk steps back and let's Traboja get back to his feet. Sherk scores with a takedown into Traboja's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sherk stays in close to Traboja's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sherk cracks Traboja with a solid left hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Traboja can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sherk controls the pace. Sherk postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Sherk is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Sherk scoring with some ground and pound. Sherk pushing down on Traboja's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Sherk dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sherk tries to clinch up. Traboja fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sherk, pushing him back against the cage. Sherk pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Sherk is pushing Traboja up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Sherk prevents a body shot from Traboja. Sherk ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Sherk no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Sherk lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Traboja! Sherk controlling the pace for now. Traboja is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sherk landing punches. Sherk working the ground and pound effectively.
Traboja is breathing heavily. Traboja has left one of his arms exposed and Sherk doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Traboja screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Dave Sherk! Dave Sherk bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
