Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marko Petrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Griswold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griswold has chosen Holiday Road as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Marko Petrovic has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrovic tries to land a front kick but Griswold steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Petrovic throws a leg kick but Griswold checks it.
Petrovic throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Griswold avoids the head kick by Petrovic.

Griswold changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Petrovic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Petrovic has left one of his arms exposed and Griswold doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Petrovic screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Clark Griswold decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
