Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orion Contras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Richard Perez will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez misses with a hook. Contras ducked under it nicely.
Perez throws a nice looking combination but Contras bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Contras just misses with a punch to the body.

Contras looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Perez!
Contras wants to control but Perez is keeping him busy.
Contras decides to stand back up. Contras steps back and let's Perez get back to his feet.

Perez is trying to control but Contras manages to pass to mount!

Perez tries to escape but Contras has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Perez wants to pass the guard but Contras is keeping the position.

That was a close round but I would say that Orion Contras will probably get the nod.
