3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Captain Pirates! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pirates gets caught napping as Ferguson dives in and scores a takedown. Pirates manages to retain guard. Ferguson sitting in guard, not really doing much. Pirates trying to control the position here. Pirates is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pirates utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ferguson is looking to work some ground and pound but Pirates has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ferguson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pirates has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ferguson has managed to get both his arms back between Pirates's legs - danger averted. Ferguson wants to stand but Pirates has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ferguson trying to control but Pirates is working from the bottom. Ferguson throwing strikes from guard but Pirates blocks nicely.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pirates gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ferguson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Ferguson slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Pirates blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ferguson. Ferguson tries to pass to full mount but Pirates defends it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Well, if Ferguson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ferguson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pirates has gone for a leg lock! Ferguson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pirates's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ferguson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Ferguson wants to control from the top but Pirates keeps moving. Ferguson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pirates keeping full guard, as Ferguson tries to pass. Pirates controls Ferguson momentarily but Ferguson frees himself.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ferguson looking to score a takedown here. Pirates is defending well but Ferguson drives through and ends up in Pirates's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ferguson slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Isaiah Ferguson dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ferguson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Pirates preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Isaiah Ferguson. Ferguson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ferguson tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Sloppy strikes there by Ferguson. Ferguson is looking to take a break and control but Pirates is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. A lull in the action here.

A lull in the action here. Isaiah Ferguson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Ferguson wants to control but Pirates is keeping him busy.
We're going to have a standup here because Isaiah Ferguson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Ferguson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pirates's guard. Ferguson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ferguson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pirates can do to turn this around?
