The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoohoo tries to clinch up.
Oneal throws a hook but Hoohoo blocks it.
Oneal connects with a single shot there.
Hoohoo takes a swing at Oneal's ribcage but misses.
Oneal misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oneal lands with a straight right. Hoohoo didn't see that one coming.

Hoohoo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Oneal lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Oneal gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

so Hoohoo counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hoohoo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Hoohoo cracks Oneal with a solid left hand.
Oneal wants to sweep here but Hoohoo controlling him for the moment.
Hoohoo scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Oneal will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Oneal has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hoohoo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Oneal has momentary wrist control but Hoohoo slips an elbow through the middle.
Hoohoo connects with a couple of short punches.
Hoohoo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oneal swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Oneal has his foot on Hoohoo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hoohoo works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hoohoo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Oneal has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hoohoo is looking to defend but Oneal has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hoohoo! Oneal pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hoohoo taps out and this one is all over!
