Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Lindros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otto Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jokinen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindros looks to score with a jab to the body but Jokinen is just out of range.
Lindros throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jokinen lands a jab to the head.
A slow jab from Lindros misses its intended target.
Jokinen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lindros.
Lindros avoids the head kick by Jokinen.
Jokinen cracks a nice hook into Lindros's ribs.
Lindros tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lindros lands a body shot.
Jokinen throws a leg kick that is checked
and Lindros counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Otto Jokinen has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Donk. Jokinen catches Lindros right on the button with a cross.
Jokinen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Lindros throws a lazy right hand but Jokinen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jokinen clobbers Lindros with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Jokinen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lindros throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jokinen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

enabling Jokinen to counter with a crisp jab.
Lindros will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lindros doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Jokinen throws a leg kick but Lindros moved away.

Lindros tries to bum rush Jokinen with a series of wild strikes but Jokinen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jokinen on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lindros. Lindros obviously looking to wear him down.
Lindros feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jokinens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jokinen blocks a head kick by Lindros.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jokinen, right into the meat.

Oooooh!!! Jokinen has knocked Lindros down with a huge combo! Jokinen steps away and waves a wobbly Lindros back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Oh Lindros is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lindros is breathing heavily.
Jokinen punishes Lindros's body with a nice straight punch.
Jokinen lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Lindros - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Jokinen!
