Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Tenorio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - False Pretense . The crowd seem to be enjoying Tenorio's choice of entrance music: Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son. Carlos Tenorio will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tenorio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Tenorio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Tenorio feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Tenorio is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jones is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jones has escaped and now he's on top!

Tenorio isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jones stacks Tenorio on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jones!

A jab-cross combination lands for Jones and sends Tenorio crashing to the mat! Jones follows him down to the mat - Tenorio regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Tenorio keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Horrible takedown by Tenorio or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
Tenorio blocks a head kick by Jones.
Jones circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Tenorio drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Jones follows Tenorio to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
