Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Nile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Salcedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nile comes to the cage accompanied by Walk Like An Egyptian. Salcedo has chosen Muse - Muscle Museum as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. King Nile could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Julio Salcedo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Salcedo misses.
Salcedo slips under a jab from Nile.
Nile misses with a hook. Salcedo ducked under it nicely.
Nile bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Salcedo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Nile stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Salcedo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nile.
Nile lunges at Salcedo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Salcedo's hand.
It looks like Julio Salcedo has been cut.
Nile throws out a powerful jab.
Salcedo loads up on a big right hand but Nile slips the punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Salcedo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like King Nile has been cut.
Nile punishes Salcedo's body with a nice straight punch.
King Nile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nile lands with a kick to the temple. Salcedo shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Salcedo throws a shot from downtown. Nile moves away and avoids it.
Nile thows a leg kick but Salcedo checks it
and Salcedo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Nile takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nile throws a sloppy head kick and Salcedo moves out of range easily.
Salcedo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nile fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Salcedo manages to avoid it.
Nile tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Salcedo slips under a jab.
Salcedo lands with a hook. Nile tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Salcedo throws a jab but it's blocked by Nile.
Nile ducks under a wild hook from Salcedo.
Salcedo lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nile at a distance.
Salcedo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nile's waist but Nile gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Salcedo off to one side.
Salcedo connects with a body shot.
Nile misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Salcedo.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Salcedo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nile moves away.
Nile swings for the body but Salcedo moves out of range.
Nile throws a body punch but Salcedo moves out of range.
Nile throws a big shot that misses.
Salcedo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nile is breathing heavily.
Nile misses with a left hand
and Salcedo counters with a nice body shot.
Nile has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Salcedo finds it's way round the side to connect with Nile's head.
Salcedo misses with a hook.
Nile comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Salcedo drops Nile with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nile looks back up at him and smiles so Salcedo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Nile is rocked!
Nile falls off balance throwing a combination
and Salcedo counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Julio Salcedo!
