The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Orton closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jenkins's guard.
Jenkins has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Orton has passed into side control.
Orton trying to control the position but Jenkins is working away.
Jenkins is trying to get back to half guard.
Jenkins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Orton . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Orton postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Orton is trying to get an arm triangle but Jenkins is defending well.
Orton in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Orton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jenkins is looking for a sweep.

Orton is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jenkins is trying to escape and Orton transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jenkins is forced to tap! Nice work there by Orton ! Very nice indeed!
