The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dusi wants to land a leg kick but Rios is out of range.

Rios changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dusi tries to avoid it but Rios manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dusi to the ground. Dusi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rios tries to close the distance and clinch but Dusi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rios crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dusi - the referee stops the clock and Rios gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dusi. Rios manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Dusi throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rios.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rios gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Dusi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Good leg kick by Dusi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
