PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lithe Tarzan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradley Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Can't Hold Us as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lithe Tarzan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bradley Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Igor Prikhodko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarzan shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tarzan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.


It looks like Lithe Tarzan has been cut.
Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.
Johnson leaves Tarzan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

That was a close round but I would say that Lithe Tarzan will probably get the nod.

Tarzan cracks Johnson with a big right hand but Johnson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Lithe Tarzan showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tarzan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
