Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Francis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tim Edwards! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Francis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Francis misses with a double jab.
Francis moves into range and clinches up with Edwards. Edwards goes for a takedown attempt but Francis pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Francis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Francis throws a series of punches but Edwards moves out of range. Edwards scores a takedown into full mount! Edwards is standing up, even though he is in mount.

Danny Francis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Francis is breathing heavily. Edwards has closed the distance and engaged Francis in a clinch.
Edwards tightens his grip and picks Francis up, before dumping him to the ground. Francis manages to land in guard. Edwards drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Edwards jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Francis trying to strike off his back.
Francis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Edwards advances to half guard.

Edwards has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Edwards with the ground and pound from mount. Edwards breaks from Francis's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Francis is desperately trying to improve his position but Edwards has a good base and remains in mount. The referee warns Francis that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Edwards is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Francis is surviving well by controlling Edwards's body position as best he can. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Edwards looking to finish Francis with some ground and pound. This is bad for Francis! Francis keeping moving, preventing Edwards from controlling successfully. Edwards thows a big elbow that misses. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Francis throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Francis tries to land a sweep but no joy. Edwards is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Edwards pushes down on Francis's leg and manages to get into half guard. Edwards is trying to control the action in half guard but Francis is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Francis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Edwards on the ground.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Francis takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Edwards tries to clinch up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Francis scores with a one two! Edwards had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tim Edwards showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

Edwards rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Francis moves out of range and avoids them all easily. That's three minutes gone in the round. Edwards looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Edwards decides to take the fight back to the feet. Francis swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Edwards counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Francis is lucky that one didn't land flush. Francis throws a combination that misses and Edwards counters with a series of strikes. Francis will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Edwards counters with a flying knee. Nice. Edwards looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Danny Francis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tim Edwards. Edwards shoots for a takedown but Francis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Edwards throws a sloppy head kick and Francis moves out of range easily. Francis throws a left and a right that both miss
and Edwards counters with a head kick. That will keep Francis thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tim Edwards. I've got Edwards winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
