Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mario Maci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wojtek Nocon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Maci!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wojtek Nocon!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nocon shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Nocon controlling the action here.
Maci really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Let's hope that Nocon has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Maci wants to control but Nocon is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nocon is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Maci has managed to free his arm - good work.
Nocon is taking a breather. Maci says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nocon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Maci sees it coming and defends easily.
Nocon missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Nocon decides to stand up.
Nocon on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Wojtek Nocon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nocon gets a takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nocon is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Nocon is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Maci defends it well.

Maci keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Nocon decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Nocon.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nocon takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Maci to pass into mount.
Nocon is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Maci has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Nocon has hold of Maci's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Maci manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Maci looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wojtek Nocon dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nocon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Maci's guard.
Maci knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nocon on the ground.

Maci can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Nocon controls the pace.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nocon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Nocon working Maci over with strikes.
Maci punching from the bottom.
Nocon is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Maci is trying to control but can't.
Nocon is looking for a kimura but Maci is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Nocon to get the leverage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nocon stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Wojtek Nocon was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Nocon shoots in and bounces Maci off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nocon forces his way into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Maci wants to control but Nocon is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Nocon escapes and gets back to his feet.
Nocon moves into the clinch.
Nocon turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Nocon manages to end up in side control.
Nocon is staying tight to Maci's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Maci trying to control but Nocon flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Maci won't enjoy being in this position. Nocon looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Maci is tapping - it's over boys! Nocon picks up the submission victory!
