PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kazna Futzchag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brij Khali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Futzchag comes into the arena with Emika blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 38 - 1, fighting out of New York, Brij Khali!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Futzchag or perhaps it was just good defense by Khali which made him look bad.

Futzchag feints and as Khali raises his hands in defense, Futzchag changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Khali will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Futzchag stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Khali swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Futzchag wanted to stand there but Khali had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Futzchag goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Khali has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Futzchag but great work by Khali.

Futzchag really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Futzchag avoids a strike by Khali and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Khali's guard! Fantastic escape!

Khali is trying to pull guard but Futzchag turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Futzchag jumps guard and drags Khali to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

I would just about give that final round to Brij Khali.
I've got Khali winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
