Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay Jakobz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drayden The Devil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jakobz comes to the cage accompanied by Michael Jackson - Thriller. The Devil has chosen In Flames - Cloud Connected as his entrance music. Jay Jakobz could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Drayden The Devil's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Devil showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jakobz.
Jakobz misses with a looping right.
The Devil lands a big shot that drops Jakobz! Can he finish him?
Jakobz is rocked!
It looks like Jay Jakobz has been cut.
Jakobz is looking to stand back up but The Devil counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Jakobz.
Oh Jakobz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Devil working the ground and pound but Jakobz is defending the strikes.
Jakobz manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Jakobz seems to have got his legs back now.
The Devil prevents Jakobz from improving his position.
Jakobz is pressing down on The Devil's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Jakobz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jakobz is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The Devil decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
The Devil rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jakobz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Jakobz lands the left hand.
Jakobz tries to clinch up but The Devil circles away and keeps his distance.

Jakobz misses with a hook. The Devil ducked under it nicely.
The Devil takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jakobz feints and as The Devil raises his hands in defense, Jakobz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jakobz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Jakobz wanted to stand there but The Devil had control of the position.
The Devil has Jakobz pulled in close to control his posture.

The Devil looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The Devil bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jakobz's guard.
Jakobz controls The Devil momentarily but The Devil frees himself.
Jakobz keeping moving, preventing The Devil from controlling successfully.
Jakobz wants to get back to his feet but The Devil is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Jakobz tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The Devil passes Jakobz's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Jakobz is trying to escape back to his feet but The Devil uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The Devil decides to stand back up. The Devil steps back and let's Jakobz get back to his feet.
Jakobz throws a nice looking combination but The Devil bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from The Devil does no damage.
The Devil cracks Jakobz with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Jakobz dodges the punch combination from The Devil.

Jakobz closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The Devil wants to control but Jakobz is keeping busy.
Jakobz thows a huge punch but The Devil dodges it nicely.
The Devil moves into full guard.
Jakobz scoring with some ground and pound.
Jakobz gets to his feet - The Devil follows without any prompting.
Jakobz takes the fight into the clinch.
The Devil has had enough of the clinch but Jakobz keeps him there for the moment.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Still in the clinch, Jakobz scores with a nice short uppercut.
Jakobz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The Devil tries to bum rush Jakobz with a series of wild strikes but Jakobz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drayden The Devil dominated that round.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
The Devil looks to land a combination. Jakobz sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

The Devil lands a hook that stumbles Jakobz back into the cage. The Devil follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Jakobz to the canvas! The Devil pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Jakobz has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
