Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Pesina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Punisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prince Punisher will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punisher shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Punisher showed some decent athleticism there.
Pesina looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Punisher is trying to control. Pesina wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Punisher misses with a head shot. Pesina uses the momentum to regain guard.
Punisher throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pesina works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Punisher throws an elbow that misses. Pesina uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Punisher's guard. Nice move by Pesina!
Punisher is trying to control the position but Pesina postures up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Punisher connects with a leg kick. Pesina looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Punisher fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pesina, pushing him back against the cage.

Pesina closes the distance and clinches up with Punisher, looking for a takedown. Pesina pushes Punisher against the cage but Punisher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dominic Pesina seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pesina throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Punisher wants to clinch up but Pesina keeps it at a distance.

Punisher throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Pesina gets tackled into the cage by Punisher. Punisher maintains the clinch.

Horrible takedown by Pesina or perhaps it was just good defense by Punisher which made him look bad.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Punisher counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Punisher tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pesina swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Punisher doesn't manage to clinch there - Pesina circles away.
Pesina gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Punisher to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Punisher looking to sit in guard and control but Pesina gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Pesina would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Pesina postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Punisher is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pesina, into his guard.
Punisher not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Punisher connects with a nasty looking knee right to Pesina's face.

Prince Punisher is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Punisher won't allow Pesina to sweep him here.

Prince Punisher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Punisher has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
