Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sid Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Nostro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage's entrance music is the scatman. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Vincent Nostro enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nostro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nostro takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like Vincent Nostro has been cut.
Nostro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Savage stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Savage tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nostro was well out of range. Poor timing from Savage.
Savage throws a shot from downtown. Nostro moves away and avoids it.

and Nostro counters with a slapping leg kick.

Savage tries to clinch there but Nostro circles away.

Nostro gets control of Savage's arms and successfully pulls guard. Nostro will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Savage accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Savage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nostro swivels though and keeps the full guard.
