Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy McLure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jukka Omena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLure comes to the cage accompanied by The Simpsons Theme Song. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Omena gets a double leg takedown into McLure's guard.
Omena loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Omena is working McLure over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
McLure can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Omena controls the pace.
Omena trying to control the position from guard on top but McLure is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Omena wants to stand and escape but instead McLure has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jukka Omena wasn't active enough on the ground.
Omena tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but McLure defends well and Omena ends up having to push McLure into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

McLure tries to break free but Omena pushes him back against the cage.

Omena's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McLure bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

It looks like Jukka Omena has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Omena is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
McLure tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

McLure gets caught flat footed, as Omena shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

McLure avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jukka Omena seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Omena throws the left hand but McLure avoids the punch easily.
McLure fails in his attempt to clinch.
Omena is looking to clinch but McLure is avoiding it.
Omena wants to clinch up but McLure keeps it at a distance.

Omena tries to close the distance and clinch up but McLure swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nice takedown defense from McLure. No joy for Omena on that attempt.
