Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Stamkos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Illya Tyunina and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz has closed the distance and engaged Stamkos in a clinch.
Stamkos blocks the elbow strike.
Stamkos has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Diaz avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Stamkos is trying to break free.
Stamkos is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Diaz to keep the fight standing.
Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Stamkos tries to keep at a distance but Diaz has taken the fight into the clinch.
Diaz lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Stamkos is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Diaz to keep the fight standing.
Alex Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Stamkos.
Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Diaz lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Stamkos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Horrible takedown by Diaz or perhaps it was just good defense by Stamkos which made him look bad.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Diaz.

Diaz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Diaz jumps guard and drags Stamkos to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Diaz keeping moving, preventing Stamkos from controlling successfully.
Diaz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stamkos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Diaz tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Stamkos trying to control the position from guard on top but Diaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Stamkos tries to stand but Diaz is controlling from the bottom.

Diaz seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Diaz throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Stamkos escapes and throws Diaz's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Stamkos misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stamkos postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Diaz struggling a bit here.

Diaz trying to remain calm as Stamkos controls from the top position.
Stamkos advances to mount.
Stamkos throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Stamkos unloads with some shots from mount but Diaz bucks and avoids them well.
Diaz is squirming around, avoiding Stamkos's attempts to control the action.
Stamkos is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Stamkos!
