Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yize Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff McBride (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBride dodges the punch combination from Li.
Li stuffs the takedown attempt from McBride. McBride gets slowly back to his feet.

Nice combo by Li! Oh, that's hurt him - McBride falls to the canvas and Li follows him into side control.

It looks like Jeff McBride has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McBride is trying to get back to half guard.

Li has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Li rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McBride moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Oooh a lovely combination from Li sends McBride down but not out. Li dives into side control looking to finish.

McBride is rocked!
Li works to advance to full mount. McBride defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
McBride is still in real trouble! Can Li finish him?

Li gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Li decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Li will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Li throws a series of punches but McBride moves out of range.

Li cracks McBride with a big right hand and McBride goes down!

The cut above Jeff McBride's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Li's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Li stands up from guard. Let's bang!
McBride changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Li tries to avoid it but McBride manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Li to the ground. Li escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
McBride looks winded!
McBride is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Li doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! McBride crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in McBride's bad books for that mishap!
