Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dell Lloyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zaire Hudson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lloyd comes to the cage accompanied by Ashes, Ashes. Hudson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Trials and Tribulations. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hudson takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Lloyd keeps Hudson at a distance using the push kick.
Lloyd lands a nice shot to the body.
Lloyd tries to bum rush Hudson with a series of wild strikes but Hudson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lloyd gets in close and instigates a clinch.

A frustrated look appears on Hudson's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Lloyd breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lloyd cracks Hudson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Hudson has had enough of the clinch but Lloyd keeps him there for the moment.

Dell Lloyd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lloyd uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hudson has time to react.
Lloyd works Hudson's body with a nice hook.
Hudson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lloyd.
Lloyd tries to clinch but Hudson moves out of range.
Horrible takedown by Hudson or perhaps it was just good defense by Lloyd which made him look bad.
Hudson closes the distance and clinches up with Lloyd, looking for a takedown. Hudson pushes Lloyd against the cage but Lloyd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lloyd moves in looking to clinch but Hudson pushes him off.
Lloyd jabs Hudson right on the nose. Hudson blinks but takes it well.
Hudson walks into a left hand.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Lloyd.
Danga de danga de dang - Lloyd scores with a four punch combination!
No luck for Hudson with that takedown attempt.
Dell Lloyd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zaire Hudson.
Lloyd throws a good cross that connects.
Hudson is rocked!

Lloyd steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Hudson is out on his feet! Lloyd sets himself and nearly takes Hudson's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Dell Lloyd decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
