Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Blue Ice Cream! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snow tries to clinch but Ice Cream is having none of it. Jon Snow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ice Cream with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Snow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ice Cream. Snow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ice Cream. Ice Cream on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Blue Ice Cream has been cut. Snow moves out of range as Ice Cream throws a body kick.

Snow thows a leg kick but Ice Cream checks it and Ice Cream counters with a single leg into guard. Snow didn't expect that. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ice Cream pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Snow is keeping the position for now. Snow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Ice Cream holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Snow misses with a body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ice Cream, pushing him back against the cage. Snow throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Ice Cream blocks it with crossed arms. Ice Cream tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Snow smiles and moves away.
Snow lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ice Cream's sensitive parts. Snow lands a leg kick that knocks Ice Cream off balance momentarily. Snow checks a leg kick nicely. Snow misses with a low kick as Ice Cream jumps back. Snow clinches. Snow trying to land knees to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow is looking to control Ice Cream's arms but Ice Cream gets an underhook and turns him. Now Snow has his back to the cage. Ice Cream blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Ice Cream misses with a punch to the body.
Snow tries to throw a body punch but Ice Cream avoids it by throwing Snow back against the cage. Ice Cream manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Ice Cream tries to land a sweep but no joy. Snow seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Ice Cream throws his legs up looking for a submission but Snow uses it to pass to side control.
Snow is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ice Cream will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ice Cream tries to get back to half guard but can't. Snow controlling the position from side mount. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ice Cream tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Snow wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snow dominated that round. The cut man is working on Blue Ice Cream's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Snow fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Snow lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Snow ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ice Cream moves away. Snow will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Snow throws a quick inside leg kick. Snow lets loose with a powerful body kick. Ice Cream will feel that in the morning. Ice Cream looks for a takedown but Snow sprawls well. Snow throws a half hearted mid kick. Snow avoids a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ice Cream closes the distance and clinches up with Snow, looking for a takedown. Ice Cream pushes Snow against the cage but Snow circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Snow fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ice Cream has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. A nice leg kick lands there from Snow. Snow wants to clinch. Snow looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Snow has closed the distance and engaged Ice Cream in a clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ice Cream up against the cage. Snow tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Ice Cream avoids it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Snow lands a nice knee to the body. Ice Cream tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Snow just stands there and leans against the cage. Jon Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blue Ice Cream. Ice Cream working aggressively here.
