Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Nedroonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Rolst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ivan Nedroonson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Rolst! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Rolst!
Rolst scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Nedroonson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters circling - Nedroonson throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Nedroonson lands a body shot.
Nedroonson lands a really nice looking cross but Rolst seems unphased.
Rolst goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Nedroonson lands a right hook to the body.
Nedroonson swings and misses with a shot to the body and Rolst counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rolst moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Rolst cracks Nedroonson with a good jab. Rolst goes for a double leg but Nedroonson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Nedroonson continues to drive forward. Nedroonson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rolst has him pressed against the cage. Nedroonson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Rolst stalling in the clinch but Nedroonson improves position. Rolst escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nedroonson avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rolst throws a nice looking combination but Nedroonson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rolst keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rolst defending well as Nedroonson loads up on a big left hand. Rolst uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nedroonson. Nedroonson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rolst lands with a hook. Nedroonson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Rolst with a nice cross. Rolst gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nedroonson takes a shot right to the bread basket. Rolst lands a head shot. Rolst connects with a right hand. Nedroonson shakes it off. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nedroonson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Nedroonson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rolst lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ivan Nedroonson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rolst falls off balance throwing a combination
and Nedroonson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rolst throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rolst connects with the punch. Mike Rolst seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rolst darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Nedroonson is rocked! Nedroonson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nedroonson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Nedroonson is breathing heavily. Rolst slips under a jab. Nedroonson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Nedroonson misses with a wild body shot. Rolst slips a jab from Nedroonson. Nedroonson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rolst.
Rolst throws a right and a left that both miss. A punch lands to the side of Nedroonson 's head but he takes it in his stride. Nedroonson misses with a hook. Rolst ducked under it nicely. Rolst lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Nedroonson walks into a left hand. Rolst lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Nedroonson walks into a left hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Rolst has knocked Nedroonson down with a huge combo! Rolst steps away and waves a wobbly Nedroonson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Oh Nedroonson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Nedroonson bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Rolst comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Nedroonson falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Nedroonson was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Rolst! In his post fight interview, Mike Rolst started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
