Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robert Wiltsie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiltsie kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Mein Herz Brennt. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Wiltsie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marco Belfort! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wiltsie slips a jab from Belfort. Belfort shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Belfort wants to pass to mount but Wiltsie is defending the position. Belfort missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wiltsie looking for subs from the bottom but Belfort mounts him! Belfort lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Wiltsie is trying to reverse the position but instead Belfort has taken his back - oops! Belfort is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Wiltsie knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Wiltsie for a finish. Wiltsie controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wiltsie is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Wiltsie defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Belfort's arms. Belfort not allowing Wiltsie to control his hands. Wiltsie tries to escape the position.
Wiltsie wants to escape the position but for the time being he's just trying to control the pace. Belfort doesn't have the hooks in and Wiltsie manages to turn into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Belfort looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Wiltsie puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Wiltsie thows a huge punch but Belfort dodges it nicely.
Wiltsie decides to stand up. Belfort misses the jab. Wiltsie swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wiltsie slips a jab and a cross from Belfort.
Wiltsie misses with a double jab.
Belfort uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wiltsie.

and Wiltsie counters with a series of strikes. Belfort will be more careful next time no doubt. Belfort looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Belfort takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Belfort uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wiltsie. Belfort shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Wiltsie counters with a right hand to the body. Wiltsie works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Wiltsie lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Wiltsie misses with a combination
and Belfort counters with a takedown into side control. Wiltsie gets back to half guard. Wiltsie pushes Belfort off looking to stand but Belfort dives back in and keeps control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie wants to get back to full guard. Wiltsie makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wiltsie. Wiltsie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Belfort gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Wiltsie has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Belfort should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Wiltsie has tightened it up now! Belfort should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
