Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Diego Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salazar fails with the takedown
and Hughes counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Salazar's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hughes postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Salazar throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Hughes throws a big elbow that misses.
Salazar keeping full guard, as Hughes tries to pass.
Hughes trying to control but Salazar is working from the bottom.
Hughes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Salazar on the ground.
Hughes is looking to work some ground and pound but Salazar has wrist control.
Salazar working for a triangle but Hughes defends it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Salazar trying to keep a closed guard but Hughes is proving a slippery customer.
Salazar has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hughes should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Salazar has tightened it up now! Hughes should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
