Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Grace Matx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Shawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Grace Matx!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rob Shawn!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shawn scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Shawn lands with a nice combination. Matx backs away looking to recover.
Shawn getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Shawn fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Matx to the ground. Shawn is now in Matx's guard.
Matx lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Shawn!
Matx has hold of Shawn's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Shawn manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Matx swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Shawn is now in Matx's guard. A big mistake from Matx there, giving up the dominant position!

Shawn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Matx. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Shawn wants to control from the top but Matx keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shawn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Matx has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shawn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Matx escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Shawn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Shawn tries to free his leg and advance position but Matx is retaining full guard.
Matx looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Shawn is defending well. Matx quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Shawn has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Matx celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Grace Matx!
