The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pogi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yoo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pogi somewhat.

Pogi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Yoo is trying to maintain the position but Pogi is very close to passing his half guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pogi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pogi moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Yoo has worked his arm free - good work by Yoo!

Pogi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Yoo rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pogi's guard! Nice work there by Yoo!

Pogi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Yoo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
