Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Bjon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimi Hendrix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tomas Bjon has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hendrix manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bjon on his heels. He'll look to pass Bjon's guard now, I'm sure.
Bjon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hendrix is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Bjon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Hendrix drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hendrix jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hendrix throws a big elbow that misses.
Bjon on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bjon tries to get out of the position.
Hendrix wants to stand but Bjon is controlling his posture from full guard.
Hendrix stays in close to Bjon's body and controls the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hendrix trying to control the position from guard on top but Bjon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jimi Hendrix hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bjon swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hendrix.
Hendrix avoids the head kick by Bjon.
Hendrix takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Bjon is breathing heavily.
Bjon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hendrix swivels and escapes.

Hendrix feints and as Bjon raises his hands in defense, Hendrix changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hendrix drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Hendrix seems to have locked his on tight now - Bjon screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Hendrix, as he picks up the win!
