Crowe comes to the cage accompanied by The Builders & The Butchers - Bringing Home The Rain. Aki has chosen Slim Whitman - Indian Love Call as his entrance music. Stanton Crowe has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aki moves out of range of the body kick.
Crowe circles away from the clinch attempt.
Crowe lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Aki with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Crowe misses with a wild body shot.
Crowe scores with a jab to the jaw.

Aki misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Crowe shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Stanton Crowe has been cut.

Crowe throws a leg kick but Aki sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Crowe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Aki pinned against the cage. Aki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Crowe is trying to trip Aki. He has hold of a leg but Aki is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Crowe persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Aki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Crowe's guard.

Aki wants to control from the top but Crowe keeps moving.

Purple Aki has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Aki throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Crowe stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Crowe needs to keep his hands up - Aki had a free shot at his head there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
