Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chubbs Hefty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zdravko Dren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dren has chosen Eminem - Rain Man as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chubbs Hefty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zdravko Dren! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dren gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Dren looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Hefty makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hefty decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dren, up you get! Hefty feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dren being controlled here, momentarily. Dren working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hefty. Hefty passes Dren's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Hefty seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dren can do anything to dispel that myth.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Chubbs Hefty wasn't doing enough on the ground. Hefty closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ground and pound from Hefty. Hefty winds up and cracks Dren with a swinging punch to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hefty lands strikes from half guard. Hefty uses his free foot to push down on Dren's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dren. Hefty unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Dren wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Hefty celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chubbs Hefty! Chubbs Hefty looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Well that was easier than I expected. Let's go get some cheeseburgers. '.
