The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hallett misses with a head kick.
Hallett throws a right and a left that Emrakul avoids nicely.
Emrakul stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Emrakul wants it to stay on the feet.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Emrakul, right into the meat.
Hallett throws a nice head kick!
A nice inside leg kick there by Emrakul. That's going to slow Hallett down.
Emrakul lands a leg kick that knocks Hallett off balance momentarily.
Eldrazi Emrakul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Emrakul lands a big right hand that sends Hallett crashing to the mat! Emrakul stays standing though and waves Hallett back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hallett is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Emrakul throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Hallett is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

A relieved looking Eldrazi Emrakul thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
