Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Newman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dexter Morgan has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dexter Morgan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddie Newman! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morgan closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Newman's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Morgan throws a big right hand that misses. Newman wants to control the position but Morgan says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Morgan sitting and controlling from the half guard. Morgan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Newman is looking to control Morgan's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Newman avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Morgan missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan moves nicely into side control. Morgan grinds an elbow into Newman's temple. Morgan working away. Newman takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Morgan content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Morgan working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morgan advances to full mount. Morgan lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Newman hang on? Morgan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Morgan lands a couple of good shots and Newman has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Morgan working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Newman is doing well to defend. Morgan seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Newman is forced to tap and this one is over!
