Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dio scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kane's corner calls for a 1-2. Kane obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
A big left from Kane misses.
Dio lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A slow jab from Kane misses its intended target.
Dio throws the left hand but Kane avoids the punch easily.
Kane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dio connects with a single shot there.
It looks like Ron Kane has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dio jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kane rushes Dio and presses him up against the cage.
Kane throws a punch but it's blocked by Dio.
Dio is looking to break free of the clinch but Kane has double underhooks.
A nice left hand lands by Kane.
Dio breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kane misses with a head kick.
Kane missing with a left hand there. Dio was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kane tries to clinch but Dio is having none of it.
Kane drives through and clinches with Dio against the cage.
Kane throws a head punch that misses.
Kane throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dios head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dio misses with some punches.
Dio blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Dio blocks an uppercut.
Dio is looking to break free of the clinch but Kane has double underhooks.
Kane misses with a short punch on the inside.
Dio slowing the pace effectively.
Dio throws a punch but it's blocked by Kane.
Dio is trying to maintain a safe position but Kane gets an underhook and turns Dio into the cage.
Kane working aggressively here.
Dio is pushing Kane up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Zack Dio.
Dio misses with the body kick
and Kane counters with a good low kick that Dio was not able to check.
Dio moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kane throws a leg kick but Dio sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kane throws a nice outside leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kane.
Kane thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dio will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dio takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Kane uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dio.
Kane misses with a head kick.
Dio moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kane is looking to clinch but Dio is avoiding it.
Oooooh!!! Dio has knocked Kane down with a huge combo! Dio steps away and waves a wobbly Kane back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kane showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dio.
Kane scores with a hook to the body. Dio takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dio.
Kane has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dio finds it's way round the side to connect with Kane's head.
Kane is rocked!
Ron Kane's cut is getting worse.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nice uppercut lands for Dio. That snapped Kane's head back.
Oh Kane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ron Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kane is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dio weaves into range and cracks Kane right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Kane goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Dio is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Zack Dio!
Zack Dio decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
