Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Toepoke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pee Wee Herman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toepoke avoids a punch combination nicely.

Toepoke looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Herman!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Herman can't do much from the bottom here.

Toepoke stands up and beckons Herman to his feet.
Toepoke slips a jab and a cross from Herman.
Toepoke moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Herman as Toepoke shoots in.

Toepoke fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Herman sprawls well initially but Toepoke persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Toepoke looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Toepoke feints and as Herman raises his hands in defense, Toepoke changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Toepoke seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Herman is trying to control the position but Toepoke postures up.

Toepoke is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

We're going to have a standup here because Marlon Toepoke wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Toepoke clinches.
Toepoke keeps control of Herman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Toepoke tries a body shot but Herman blocks it.
Herman is trying to push Toepoke away but Toepoke has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Toepoke has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Herman after a bit of a struggle.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Toepoke breaks from the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Herman throws a right hand that Toepoke ducks under and follows up with a left that Toepoke also avoids with ease.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Herman can't break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Toepoke shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Herman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Herman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Toepoke.

Toepoke closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Herman wants to break the clinch but can't.
Herman tries to break free but Toepoke pushes him back against the cage.

Toepoke jumps into guard, dragging Herman to the mat.
Toepoke wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Herman throws a combination. Toepoke tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Marlon Toepoke is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Toepoke darts in and clinches Herman up against the cage.

Toepoke keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Herman's efforts to push away.
Toepoke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Herman tries to work over Toepoke's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Herman manages to break the clinch.
Toepoke shoots in for a takedown but Herman shows good takedown defense.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Herman looks like he's trying to stand up.
Herman is breathing heavily.
Toepoke tries to pass the half guard into mount. Herman knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Toepoke takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Toepoke shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Herman as he jumps to the side.

Herman throws a right and a left that Toepoke avoids nicely.

Herman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Toepoke shoots for a double leg takedown but Herman sprawls well. He's pushed Toepoke's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Herman misses with a jab, cross combination.

Toepoke shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Herman napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Herman seems a little lost for a moment, as Toepoke dominates the positioning.
Toepoke has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Herman takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Herman wants to get back to his feet but Toepoke is dominant here and he's now got Herman's back!
Herman has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Toepoke is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Herman has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Toepoke has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Herman taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Toepoke doesn't care though - he's delighted!
