Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alderic Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashad Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rashad Henderson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alderic Alexander! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rashad Henderson! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alexander throws a right and a left that Henderson avoids nicely. Henderson fails with a takedown attempt. Some wild striking there from Alexander.
Henderson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Alexander circles away. Some wild striking there from Alexander.
Alexander rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Henderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Horrible takedown by Henderson or perhaps it was just good defense by Alexander which made him look bad. Alderic Alexander has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rashad Henderson. No luck for Henderson with that takedown attempt. Henderson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Henderson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Alexander sees it coming and defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Henderson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Alexander is just riding it out for now. Henderson eventually gives up the hold. Henderson is working for a kimura but Alexander is defending it quite comfortably.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alexander tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Henderson manages to move to mount!
Henderson won't let Alexander get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Alexander knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Henderson on the ground. Henderson is working for a guillotine from mount but Alexander frees his head quite easily.
Henderson is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Alexander is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Alexander flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Henderson anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Alexander and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Henderson slips an arm under Alexander chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Henderson has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Henderson is squeezing on Alexander like an anaconda would it's prey. Alexander fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Rashad Henderson!
