Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Quit Quit!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helton wants to clinch up but Quit keeps it at a distance.
Quit misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Helton changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Quit looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Quit tries to buck Helton off but Helton is having none of it.
Quit is trying to control Helton's posture but Helton avoids it.
Quit is looking to regain half guard here but Helton keeps moving and retains side control.
Helton tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Quit is looking for a sweep.
Quit avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Helton.
Helton wants to stand but Quit has his arm trapped.

Helton tries to advance to mount but can't.
Helton wants to stand but Quit has his arm trapped.
Quit tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Helton wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Helton wants to lay and pray for a moment but Quit keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Helton wants to stand but Quit is controlling his arm.

Helton is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Quit has escaped the position, nice work there.

Quit tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Quit is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Quit manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Helton seems to be looking for submissions.
Helton is just content to waste time from the top position. Quit takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Helton has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Quit is proving hard to escape from.
Quit trying to control the position.

Quit is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Quit bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Helton's guard.

Helton has a closed guard, preventing Quit from standing up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Quit dives in and grabs Helton's left leg, looking for a takedown. Helton pushes down on Quit's head and hops out.
Quit throws a lazy right hand but Helton sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Helton fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Helton misses with the combination.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

so Helton counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Helton is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Quit is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Quit has escaped and now he's on top!

The fight stays on the outside here - Quit looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Quit uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Helton.
Quit shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Helton but Helton pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Quit gets control of Helton's arms and successfully pulls guard. Quit will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Helton drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Helton jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Helton is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

We're going to have a standup here because Boris Helton wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Quit tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Helton was well out of range. Poor timing from Quit.

Quit Quit showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Helton defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Helton in particular looking to stall.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Quit wants to stand back up but Helton manages to pass into side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Quit stops Helton from passing to mount.

And that's the end of the fight!
