Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steven Graghen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justin Jackoffski!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackoffski closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jackoffski tries to pass the half guard into mount. Graghen knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Jackoffski missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Graghen wants to control but Jackoffski is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jackoffski lands strikes from half guard.
Graghen won't allow Jackoffski to pass to mount.
Graghen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackoffski on the ground.
Jackoffski prevents Graghen from standing back up.
Jackoffski tries to pass the half guard into mount. Graghen knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Graghen is trying to stand back up but Jackoffski is controlling him
Graghen blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jackoffski.
Graghen is looking for a sweep. Jackoffski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Graghen is breathing heavily.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Graghen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackoffski tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Graghen throws a punch but it's blocked by Jackoffski.
Graghen can't break the clinch.
Jackoffski goes for a takedown attempt but Graghen pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Graghen feints and as Jackoffski raises his hands in defense, Graghen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Graghen has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jackoffski is proving hard to escape from.
Jackoffski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Graghen's guard.
Graghen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Jackoffski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jackoffski works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Jackoffski in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Graghen tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Jackoffski!
