The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mikel dives in for a single leg takedown but Collins sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mikel wants to take the fight to the mat but Collins manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Mikel wants a takedown but no success here.

Mikel is refusing to be controlled, as Collins sits in half guard.

Collins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mikel has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Collins has managed to get both his arms back between Mikel's legs - danger averted.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
