The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golotowski moves into the clinch successfully.
Golotowski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Carvalho tries to pull guard but Golotowski holds him up against the cage and eventually Carvalho drops back down to his feet.
Golotowski breaks the clinch.
Golotowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Carvalho doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Golotowski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sebastaio Carvalho. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Carvalho dives in for a single leg takedown but Golotowski sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Golotowski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Golotowski cracks Carvalho with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

and Golotowski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Carvalho thinking.
Golotowski is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Sloppy strikes from Golotowski. Those never looked like landing.

Golotowski throws a right hand that Carvalho ducks under and follows up with a left that Carvalho also avoids with ease.
Golotowski lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Carvalho misses with a takedown
and Golotowski counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A jab from Golotowski finds it's way through Carvalho's defenses.

Golotowski misses with the combination.
Carvalho moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Oh Carvalho is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Golotowski ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Carvalho seems to have got his legs back now.
Carvalho shoots in looking for a takedown. Golotowski tries to sprawl out of it but Carvalho keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Golotowski manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Golotowski counters with a lovely straight right hand!
No joy there for Golotowski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Golotowski counters with an inside leg kick.
Carvalho has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Golotowski finds it's way round the side to connect with Carvalho's head.
Golotowski lands a really nice looking cross but Carvalho seems unphased.
Golotowski lands an overhand right.
Carvalho gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Golotowski gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
