Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rose Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Floyd throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Jacobs counters with a good low kick that Floyd was not able to check.

Jacobs lands a nice leg kick that just misses Floyd's sensitive parts.
Jacobs connects with a leg kick. Floyd looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Floyd feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Floyd has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jacobs's face.

Floyd swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Jacobs is now in Floyd's guard. A big mistake from Floyd there, giving up the dominant position!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Floyd is looking to stand up but Jacobs isn't so interested in that idea.

Floyd seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jacobs does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Floyd is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

You can see the frustration on Jacobs's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Rose Floyd showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Floyd tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jacobs sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Floyd somewhat.

Floyd's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Floyd looks for a takedown but Jacobs sprawls well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Floyd can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jacobs controls the pace.
Floyd manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jacobs holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Floyd tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

I would just about give that final round to Rose Floyd.
I've got Floyd winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
