Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Angel BloodWing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Salath Sar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Angel BloodWing! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Salath Sar! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! BloodWing misses with a body shot.
BloodWing scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Salath Sar has been cut. Salath Sar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. BloodWing throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sar stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Sar scores with a takedown into BloodWing's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Sar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Sar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. BloodWing swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. BloodWing lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sar! This has been an exciting period of action! BloodWing cracks Sar with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

BloodWing landing shots from mount. Sar regains half guard. Sar tries to kick BloodWing off but BloodWing keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. BloodWing prevents Sar from improving his position. BloodWing wants to pass to mount but Sar is defending the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. BloodWing throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Sar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Sar gets full guard. Sar working for a triangle but BloodWing defends it easily.
BloodWing stands up over Sar, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Sar working for a triangle but BloodWing defends it easily.
Sar is working an open guard so BloodWing takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. BloodWing scores with a sloppy right hand. Sar should have avoided that one. Sar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with BloodWing but BloodWing pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! BloodWing smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Sar darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Sar prevents BloodWing from improving his position. Sar trying to mount his opponent but BloodWing defends it. Sar prevents BloodWing from improving his position. BloodWing is working hard here to advance position. Sar seems to be working for a kimura but BloodWing defends the submission attempt. BloodWing is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sar's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sar's back! BloodWing scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Sar is looking for a way out. Oooh a big shot gets through from BloodWing. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sar covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

BloodWing is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Sar rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Sar looking for submissions off his back. BloodWing passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sar! BloodWing looking to finish Sar with some ground and pound. This is bad for Sar! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sar is trying desperately to improve position. BloodWing is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Sar to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sar shrugs it off. Sar manages to regain half guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. BloodWing wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sar keeps working. Sar looks like he's trying to stand up.
Sar is trying to get back to full guard. BloodWing looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. BloodWing works his way into side control. BloodWing trying to control the action but Sar is working from the bottom. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! BloodWing lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Sar manages to work his way to half guard, despite BloodWing's best efforts. Sar gets full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Angel BloodWing dominated that round. The cut man is working on Salath Sar's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sar on the wrong end of a nice jab. Sar with a poor takedown and BloodWing counters with a nice body kick. BloodWing tries to clinch and Sar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. BloodWing uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sar. Sar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but BloodWing avoids it really well and circles away. BloodWing throws a head kick that misses. Sar looks to throw the jab but BloodWing is out of range. BloodWing doesn't manage to clinch there - Sar circles away.

BloodWing lands a hook to the side of the head. BloodWing escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sar missing with a left hand there. BloodWing was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sar fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Angel BloodWing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Salath Sar. BloodWing misses with a double jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. BloodWing throws a series of punches but Sar avoids them all with ease. BloodWing tries to clinch up but Sar circles away and keeps his distance. Sar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sar closes the distance and clinches up with BloodWing, looking for a takedown. Sar pushes BloodWing against the cage but BloodWing circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. BloodWing closes the distance and clinches. Sar has hold of one of BloodWing's legs. BloodWing is fighting the takedown attempt but Sar gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Sar won't allow BloodWing to sweep him here. BloodWing is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. BloodWing wants to pass to mount but Sar is defending the position. Sar tries to kick BloodWing off but BloodWing keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. BloodWing stands up and beckons Sar to join him on the feet. Sar throws a jab when BloodWing was well out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sar misses with an uppercut. BloodWing displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sar throws out the jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sar jabbing away but nothing is landing. Angel BloodWing is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. BloodWing darts in and clinches Sar up against the cage. Sar is trying to break the clinch but BloodWing has him pressed against the cage. BloodWing misses with a punch on the inside.
BloodWing breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Angel BloodWing is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice takedown defense from BloodWing. No joy for Sar on that attempt. Sar tries to score a power double leg takedown but BloodWing sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sar somewhat. Sar is breathing heavily. BloodWing tries to clinch there but Sar circles away.
BloodWing is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Sar misses with a lunging right hand
and BloodWing counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sar is trying hard to land a takedown here. BloodWing sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sar misses with a looping right. BloodWing closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

BloodWing got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, BloodWing has managed to get both his arms back between Sar's legs - danger averted. BloodWing lands a couple of elbows. BloodWing has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. BloodWing with a nice head shot there. BloodWing lands a couple of decent looking shots. BloodWing landing with the ground and pound. Sar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's four minutes gone in the round. BloodWing got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, BloodWing has managed to get both his arms back between Sar's legs - danger averted. Sar looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Sar tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sar has momentary wrist control but BloodWing slips an elbow through the middle. BloodWing sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sar's guard. Sar tries to get to full guard but BloodWing has control of the leg. Nice strikes from BloodWing there. BloodWing working the head and body with strikes. BloodWing lands a big elbow - Sar is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for BloodWing!
