Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jacques Cousteau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludwig Mandrill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mandrill has chosen Luigi's song as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacques Cousteau! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ludwig Mandrill! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mandrill throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mandrill shoots in for a takedown but Cousteau shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mandrill pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Mandrill tries to work over Cousteau's front leg with a kick but Cousteau checks it. Mandrill misses with a body shot.
Cousteau misses with a takedown attempt and Mandrill counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Cousteau trying to control the position.
Mandrill postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Cousteau controls Mandrill momentarily but Mandrill frees himself. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mandrill throwing strikes but missing. Cousteau looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Mandrill has picked Cousteau up and slammed him! Cousteau can't keep hold of the triangle and Mandrill manages to pass to side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Mandrill sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Cousteau is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Mandrill misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Cousteau is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Cousteau regains half guard. Mandrill landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Cousteau is staying active underneath Mandrill, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Mandrill missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Cousteau is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cousteau is working hard here to advance position. Cousteau has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mandrill is working away from the top position though. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cousteau moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Mandrill is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mandrill throwing strikes but missing. Cousteau looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Cousteau escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mandrill gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cousteau has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Mandrill has passed into side control.
Mandrill in side control lands a decent elbow. Mandrill scores with a couple of short elbows. Cousteau manages to work his way to half guard, despite Mandrill's best efforts. Cousteau looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Mandrill throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Mandrill lands strikes from half guard. That's four minutes gone in the round. Mandrill is controlling the pace.

Mandrill winds up and cracks Cousteau with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Mandrill really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cousteau. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mandrill lands with a punch from half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Mandrill tries to pass to full mount but Cousteau defends it. Mandrill prevents Cousteau from improving his position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mandrill is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Cousteau keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ludwig Mandrill dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Mandrill throws the left hand but Cousteau avoids the punch easily. Mandrill drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Cousteau looking to control.
Cousteau is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Cousteau working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mandrill doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mandrill manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mandrill stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Cousteau has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Mandrill manages to get his head free but now Cousteau has transitioned to an armbar! Mandrill grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Cousteau! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jacques Cousteau! Jacques Cousteau seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
