Mantis seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Villegas does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Mantis misses with a series of wild punches.
Mantis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Villegas has time to react.

Villegas gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Villegas takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Villegas walks into a stiff left hand from Mantis.

Fabio Villegas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mantis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Villegas, pushing him back against the cage.
Oh Villegas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Mantis keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Villegas's efforts to push away.
