Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janjalani Abu Bakhar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Abu Bakhar's choice of entrance music: Allah Wakbar. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mark Ramos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Janjalani Abu Bakhar!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Abu Bakhar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Abu Bakhar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ramos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.

Abu Bakhar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Abu Bakhar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

A close second round but Janjalani Abu Bakhar will probably get the nod - 10:9.

It looks like Janjalani Abu Bakhar has been cut.
Abu Bakhar is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Ramos postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Abu Bakhar badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ramos around the waist but Ramos pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ramos is the winner by TKO! Ramos jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Ramos!
An out of breath Mark Ramos thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
