Emelianenko throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moreira's waist but Moreira gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Emelianenko off to one side.
Moreira connects with a leg kick. Emelianenko looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Emelianenko is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Both fighters circling a little - Moreira finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Moreira throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Emelianenko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Moreira throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Emelianenko stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Moreira.
Moreira feints and then cracks Emelianenko's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Emelianenko down.
Moreira changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Moreira bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Emelianenko takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Emelianenko's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Moreira is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Moreira bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Emelianenko has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Moreira.

Moreira throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Emelianenko on the side of the head.

Moreira lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Moreira cracks Emelianenko with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Moreira takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Moreira turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Emelianenko takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Moreira scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

A very excited looking Daniel Vieira Moreira rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
