Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mighty Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mighty Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Rambo! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Joe lands in his opponent's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Rambo is looking to sweep but instead, Joe has passed into half guard.
Rambo wants to improve his position but Joe is controlling well.
Joe works his foot free and advances to mount. Joe working for a submission but Rambo is keeping him at bay. Joe is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Rambo has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Joe is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Rambo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Rambo shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rambo can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Joe tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe is working for a guillotine from mount but Rambo frees his head quite easily.
Joe scoring with strikes but Rambo is staying in there. Rambo is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Joe controlling from the full mount. Rambo has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A bit of a pause in the action here. Joe controlling the positon. Joe's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Joe is punishing Rambo with strikes - can he finish him?! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Joe working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mighty Joe dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Joe throws a head kick that misses. Joe pushes Rambo up against the cage in a clinch. Joe pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A nice inside leg kick there by Rambo. That's going to slow Joe down. Joe misses with a looping right. Joe closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Rambo quickly recovers to half guard. Joe content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Joe has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Rambo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Joe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe looking to finish Rambo with some ground and pound. This is bad for Rambo! Joe raining down hammerfists from mount. Joe goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rambo turns into him and now he's in Joe's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Joe is looking to stand up but Rambo isn't so interested in that idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rambo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Joe looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Joe looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rambo wants to pass the guard but Joe is keeping the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rambo looking to sit in guard and control but Joe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Joe stopping the sweep attempt from Rambo.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Joe gets to his feet - Rambo follows without any prompting. Joe stuffs the takedown attempt from Rambo. Rambo gets slowly back to his feet. Joe throws out a leg kick but Rambo moves out of range and Joe only half commits.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Joe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rambo's guard. Rambo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Joe controls the pace. Joe throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rambo works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Joe is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Joe has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rambo is proving hard to escape from. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mighty Joe dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Rambo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Rambo blocks a head kick by Joe.
Joe shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Joe showed some decent athleticism there. Joe performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Joe uses his free foot to push down on Rambo's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rambo. Rambo is trying to escape the mount.
Joe looking to secure an arm triangle but Rambo defends it well. Joe looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Joe working for a submission but Rambo is keeping him at bay. Joe controlling from the full mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Joe looking to secure an arm triangle but Rambo defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Rambo bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Joe and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mighty Joe!
