Ivanovits comes to the cage accompanied by The Odorants - This Night. Nasu has chosen Shura no Hana as his entrance music. Katsumi Nasu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasu shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Nasu looks to land a left hand but Ivanovits moved out of range nicely.
Ivanovits throws a sloppy head kick and Nasu moves out of range easily.
Ivanovits pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nasu moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Sergei Ivanovits has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ivanovits walks into a straight right hand from Nasu.
Ivanovits explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Ivanovits feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Nasus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Katsumi Nasu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nasu steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ivanovits. That one must have hurt.
Nasu avoids the head kick by Ivanovits.
Ivanovits moves out of range as Nasu strikes.
Ivanovits walks into a straight right hand from Nasu.
Ivanovits takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nasu sizes up Ivanovits with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Ivanovits misses with a body shot.

Nasu misses with a wild body shot.

Nasu throws a poor cross that misses
and Ivanovits counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Donk. Ivanovits catches Nasu right on the button with a cross.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Nasu wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Nasu misses with a body punch.
Ivanovits looking to throw knees to the head but Nasu is blocking nicely.
Nasu is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ivanovits is defending well for now.
Nasu wants to break the clinch but can't.

Nasu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nasu misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Ivanovits to counter with a crisp jab.
A shot to the liver by Ivanovits. Beautiful body shot.
Nasu misses with a straight left.
Ivanovits tried to score with a low kick but Nasu checks it.
Ivanovits feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nasu sprawling to the canvas! Nasu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ivanovits finish him?!
Nasu is rocked!
Ivanovits digs a good hook to Nasu's body.
Nasu is still on wobbly legs! Can Ivanovits finish him?
Nasu looks winded!
Nasu throws a hook but Ivanovits blocks it.
Ivanovits fakes the body blow, causing Nasu to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Nasu goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sergei Ivanovits!
After winning the bout, Sergei Ivanovits thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
