The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.
Ryan shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ryan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ryan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jones has managed to free his arm - good work.
Ryan is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ryan has an Americana. Jones didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ryan is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ryan hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A relieved looking Jack Ryan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
