Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Akseli Suokuokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daouda Kaho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suokuokka comes to the cage accompanied by The Bags - Cavemen Rejoice. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Daouda Kaho!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suokuokka misses with a jab, cross combination.
Suokuokka throws a front kick aimed at Kaho's knee but Kaho avoids it well.
Kaho has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Suokuokka is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Suokuokka takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Akseli Suokuokka has been cut.
Suokuokka is looking to clinch but Kaho is avoiding it.

Kaho lands a big head kick that sends Suokuokka tumbling to the mat! Kaho takes a step backwards and waves Suokuokka back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Suokuokka is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kaho clinches.
Oh Suokuokka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kaho tries a knee to the head but Suokuokka blocks it.
Kaho working hard to break the clinch.

Kaho breaks the clinch.
Suokuokka seems to have got his legs back now.
Kaho misses with a head kick.
Kaho tries to clinch up.
Suokuokka lands a nice shot to the body.
Suokuokka falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kaho counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kaho looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kaho tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Suokuokka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Suokuokka holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Kaho escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kaho is looking to clinch.
Suokuokka displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Daouda Kaho has been cut.
Kaho throws a low kick but Suokuokka moves out of range easily.

Suokuokka rushes Kaho and presses him up against the cage.
Kaho with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kaho is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Kaho keeps control of Suokuokka as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Suokuokka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kaho doesn't manage to clinch there - Suokuokka circles away.
Kaho tries to clinch up.
Suokuokka will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Kaho stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Suokuokka.

Suokuokka instigates a clinch.
Suokuokka lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Suokuokka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kaho tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Suokuokka paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kaho misses with a wild combination.
Suokuokka misses with a straight left.
Kaho tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Suokuokka counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Kaho badly! Suokuokka follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Kaho out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Suokuokka finished him against the cage.
